Course Overview To increase productivity, it is essential that all employees are aware of how their time is used in order to effectively carry out their expected tasks.
This programme helps delegates recognise the importance of changing habits and attitudes in the time management process and to appreciate the priorities of the workplace and how these influence task prioritisation at an individual level. Delegates identify personal time management issues and drivers which then enable them to develop a relevant action plan to enhance productivity. The programme looks at the Pareto Principle and the importance of personal deadlines, taking control of personal work area, telephone calls, e-mails and distractions. It also covers the importance of setting goals, planning work and managing meetings.
