Brenda Kennelly and Eimear Barry have over thirty years experience between them working in Financial Services. Their experience encompasses many years providing management development, coaching and internal consultancy.
They have extensive experience in heading up the following areas:
Eimear Barry's experience combines a background in psychology and development with many years working in training & development and Human Resources within Financial Services. Her experience encompasses management development, coaching and internal consultancy, She has been actively involved in the Irish Funds Industry Association and served as Chairman of the Training Committee. Prior to setting up LDC, Eimear's last position was Head of Learning and Development with JP Morgan (European Mutual Fund Services). She holds a Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a Member of the British Psychological Society, a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training and Development and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She also co-authored a book on workplace communication entitled "Talking The Talk" which was published in October 2004.
Brenda Kennelly has many years experience working with leading financial institutions including BNP, European Investment Bank, AIB and JPMorgan where she was Vice President, Transfer Agency.
