Emotional Intelligence Coaching

 

One to one coaching can support you in developing your Emotional Intelligence in order to maximize your professional or personal performance. This approach provides a non-judgmental, confidential environment for you to examine areas for enrichment and change.

 

One to one coaching can be provided in face-to-face sessions. Areas particularly suited to this approach are: Emotional Self-Awareness; Assertiveness and Self-Regard; Achieving Goals; Relationship Management; Stress Management; General Mood.

 

 

 

Emotional Intelligence Group Training Programme

 

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is now accepted as a key factor in professional performance and success. EI is not permanently fixed and the capabilities and competencies that define EI can be developed to improve performance.

About the Service Provider

 

LDC training has been providing training to the financial services industry for the past six years. Eimear Barry's experience combines a background in psychology and development with many years working in training & development . Eimear holds a Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a Member of the British Psychological Society, a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training and Development and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She also co-authored a book on workplace communication entitled "Talking The Talk" which was published in October 2004. She is an accredited Bar-On EQ-i® Assessor.
